摘    要:纳米二氧化钛因其化学性质稳定、难溶、无毒、无迁移性、成本低廉且具有光敏、气敏、压敏等特性,从而在电子陶瓷、半导体、催化剂、护肤品、效应颜料和传感材料等领域有着重要的应用。本文较深入地分析了溶胶-凝胶法、沉淀法、水解法、微乳液法和胶溶法等液相方法的特点以及它们的工业化新进展。在合成TiO_2的三大类工艺(气相法、液相法与高能球磨法)中,液相合成方法是最简单易行的工艺。

Abstract:The nanoscaled TiO2 is provided with stable chemical property, difficult dissolution, non-toxicity, no migration, low cost and photosensitive, gas-sensing, pressure-sensitive characters etc, so it is used in different fields, such as electronic ceramic, semiconductor, catalyst, cosmetic, effect pigment, and sensitive element etc. Now, the methods of preparation of TiO2 are classfied into gas phase, liquid phase and high-ability ball grinder methods. In this paper, sol-gel method, precipitation method, hydrolysis method, microemulsion mediated process and colloidal chemical methods are minutely analyzed, and their research progresses in industricalization are also described. The liquid phase method, nevertheless, is the simplest and most easily gained methodologies.
