摘    要:该公司30万t/a以天然气为原料生产甲醇产品的过程中,产生过剩的氢随弛放气排放,另一处装置20万t/a煤制甲醇和10万t/a合成氨排放二氧化碳,造成资源浪费。通过技术改造,将原先作为废气排放的二氧化碳作为甲醇生产装置的补充碳源,该装置由蒸汽转化工艺改造为蒸汽转化前补碳工艺,从而大幅度降低天然气消耗和生产成本。在提高甲醇产品市场竞争力的同时,实现CO2减排。

Abstract:The company has three production units.In the 300 kt/a methanol unit,natural gas as raw material,extra hydrogen is discharged.While in the units of 200 kt/a methanol unit and 100 kt/a ammonia unit,coal as raw materials,CO2 is discharged as waste gas.To use the resources,the process is reformed.CO2 is used as supplement raw materials of natural-gas-based methanol unit.Stream conversion technology is changed to carbon supplement before conversion.The consumption of natural gas and production cost are decreased greatly.The competitive capability of methanol product is improved,while discharge of CO2 is decreased.
