| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆道镜下液电碎石治疗肝内外胆管结石的方法和意义．方法通过胆道镜下液电碎石治疗46例肝内外胆管结石患者．结果46例肝内胆管结石患者，全部取净结石；所有的病例无严重的并发症，结论胆道镜下液电碎石治疗肝内外胆管结石克服了外科手术的盲区，减少不必要的肝叶切除及消化道重建，有治愈率高、并发症少、疗效确切的特点，值得临床推广使用．

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value and the methods of electrohydraulic lithotripsy through choledochoscope in the treatment of hepatolithiasis. Method 46 patients with hepatolithiasis were treated with electrohydraulic lithotripsy through choledochoscope. Results Stones were completely removed in 46 patients with hepatolithiasis and there was no severe complications in all the patients. Conclusion The method of electrohydraulic lithotripsy through choledochoscope to treat hepatolithiasis overcomes the blind area of the operation, avoids unnecessary lobectomy of liver and reconstruction of digestive tract and has high cure rate, low complica- tions rate and definite curative effect. |
