金属间化合物的制备方法及应用

摘    要:介绍了金属间化合物的制备方法,如机械合金化、自蔓延高温合成、放电等离子烧结、热压法、热等静压法和定向凝同技术。总结了金属间化合物的发展状况以及它在不同领域的应用研究,并对其发展前景做了展望。分析指出,要扩大金属间化合物的应用领域,除了要加强理论研究外,还必须加强制备方法与工艺对材料结构与性能影响的研究,优化工艺参数,从而提高材料的性能。

Abstract:Intermetallic compound is being considered as a material for high temperature applications due to the combination of its many excellent properties such as low density,high melting temperature and high temperature strength. Here,several preparation techniques of intermetallic compounds,for example, mechanical alloying,self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, spark plasma sintering and directional solidification method are reviewed.The present status and applications in various fields as well as the prospects of intermetallic compounds are presented too. It's indicated that in order to enlarge the applications areas, people should intensify not only the investigation of theories but also the research on preparation methods and processes which influence on the structure and performance of materials.At the same time,a further study for optimizing the processing parameters is required to improve the property of materials.
