摘    要:针对等距柱面没有统一和成熟评判标准的情况,根据等距型面方程推导出了等距柱面的参数方程。提出了等距柱面柱度误差评测方法,建立了相应的数学模型,并通过工程实例进行了验证。实际评测结果表明,本文所提出的两种方法和模型均可以对等距柱面的柱度进行误差评测。这些工作的完成为等距柱面的实际应用推广做好铺垫,具有一定工程实用价值。

Abstract:Two evaluation methods of three edges isometric polygonal cylinder errors were proposed,and their models were built based the condition which there was no unity and maturity criteria and method for evaluating the isometric polygonal cylinder errors. The equation of isometric polygonal cylinder was got form the equation isometric polygonal and an engineer experiment was done. The results indicated that the two methods and models both can be used to evaluate three edges isometric polygonal cylinder errors. These works were done has certain practical value for promoting the practical application of isometric polygonal cylinder in engineer.
