双通道无刷直流电动机容错动态性能分析

摘    要:研究了一种应用于飞机舵机的双通道无刷直流电动机,该电动机在任意1个通道故障时,可以采用单通道工作的容错运行模式,提高飞机舵机的任务可靠性。讨论了该电动机的电磁时间常数、机电时间常数和频率响应特性,给出了机械特性试验曲线和频率响应试验结果;分析了容错运行状态下电磁转矩和功率损耗的关系,由于电动机功率损耗的限制,在容错运行状态下电动机输出的电磁转矩降低。飞机舵机为要求快速调节的位置伺服系统,电磁转矩的降低直接影响到电动机的动态性能;仿真分析了功率损耗对系统容错运行动态性能的影响,并给出了试验结果,验证了仿真分析结果是正确的。

Abstract:The brushless DC motor(BLDCM)with two sets of control channels is presented in the paper;it will be used in an electro-mechanical actuator(EMA)of the advanced airplane. When either of the channels is failed the motor can operate at the single channel mode,i.e.fault tolerant operation mode,the mission reliability is enhanced.The electromagnetic and electromechanical time constant,frequency response characteristic are analyzed,and the experimental results of mechanical characteristic and frequency response are given;the relations between the torque characteristic and power loss are discussed in the case of the fault-tolerance operation,because of the limit of the power loss,the motor output torque is reduced;EMA is the position servo system which is needed to be regulated quickly,thus the torque decrease affects the dynamic characteristic directly;the motor power loss effecting on the system dynamic characteristic in the fault-tolerant operation is analyzed through the simulation,and is validated by the experimental results of the sample.
