摘    要:针对单相并网变流器在电压信号突变情况下传统虚构方法存在延时问题,提出一种新型矢量控制方法。在建立单相变流器数学模型基础上,利用相线电压的相量关系,构造出虚拟的三相电压信号。与目前延时3.33ms的瞬时电压dq分解法和延时5.0 ms的αβ检测法相比,实时性明显提高。设计了具有无功补偿功能的单相变流器控制策略。MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了所提方法的正确性。基于IGBT模块F4-100R12KS4和32位DSP处理器TMS320F2812搭建了实验平台。实验结果表明,系统具有实时无功补偿功能和良好的动静态响应能力。

Abstract:A new vector control method for the delay problem in traditional fictitious method of single-phase grid-connected converter in the condition of voltage signal variation is proposed.Based on the mathematical model of singlephase converter,a fictitious three-phase signal is created according to phasor relationship between the phase voltage and line voltage.The real-time performance is significantly improved,which is faster than the instantaneous voltage dq conversion method with 3.33 ms delay and the αβ detection method with 5.0 ms delay,respectively.Moreover,a single-phase converter control strategy with reactive power compensation is designed.The MATLAB/Simulink simulation verifies the correctness of the proposed method.And an experiment platform is built with the IGBT module F4100R12KS4 and 32-bit DSP processor TMS320F2812.The experimental results indicate that the system has real-time reactive power compensation function and excellent performance of dynamic and static response.
