高等职业院校双师型师资队伍建设研究

高等职业教育的目标是培养面向生产、服务、管理的一线高素质、高技能型人才，这就要求高职院校必须具有大批“技能+专业”的双师型素质教师满足高职教育人才培养的需求。然而目前高职院校双师型素质教师存在着数量不足、来源单一、缺乏实践经验等问题，无法满足高职教育高素质技能型人才培养的需求，研究如何加强高职院校的双师型师资队伍建设显得尤为重要。
