2.5Gy中子辐射对小鼠肾功能损害的实验研究

摘    要:目的 :用 2 .5 Gy 90 %的中子射线照射 BALB/ C小鼠 ,研究小鼠血清中反映肾功能损害程度的血清尿素氮 ( BUN)和尿酸 ( UA)的变化情况 ,以确定 2 .5 Gy中子辐射对小鼠肾功能损害的情况。方法 :采用二级 BAL B/ C雄性小鼠作为实验动物 ,共计 78只。实验期间统一饲养。将上述小鼠分为对照组和实验组两组。采用北京清华大学的中子源分别对各动物组进行 90 %中子照射 ,照射剂量为 2 .5 Gy( 66只 ) ,对照组 1 2只。分别在照射动物之后的6h、1 2 h、1 d、3d、5 d、7d、1 0 d、1 4d、2 1 d、2 8d和 41 d采取静脉血 ,进行 BUN和 UA的浓度测定。结果 :2 .5 Gy中子照射后 6h、1 0 d、1 4d血清 BUN浓度有显著增高 ,照射后 2 1 d血清 BUN浓度逐渐下降 ,照射后第 2 8d恢复至正常水平。血清 UA浓度于照射后 7~ 1 0 d显著增高 ,与对照组比较有显著差别 ,于照射 1 4d之后逐渐恢复至正常水平。结论 :2 .5 Gy中子辐射可以引起肾功能损害 ,进而引起血清 BUN和 UA浓度不同程度的升高。

Abstract:Objective: To study irradiation eff ects on the serum concentration of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and uric acid UA) in order to identify potential risks of radiation-induced renal function injuries. Methods: BALB/C mice were irradi a ted by the 90% neutron at dosage of 2.5 Gy. The concentration of BUN and UA in s erum were measured at 6, 12 hours and on the 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, 21, 28 and 41 d ays after irradiation. The concentrations of BUN and UA were determined by the e nzymatic methods. Results: On the 6 hours, 10 days and 14 days after irradiation , the concentration of BUN in the serum of irradiated BALB/C mice were significa ntly higher than those of the control group. Compared with the control group, t h e concentration of UA in the serum were significantly elevated on the 7-10 days after irradiation. Conclusion:The increased concentration level of the two renal serum markers mentioned above showed that renal cells were damaged by the 2.5 Gy neutron ir radiation.
