| 摘 要： | 目的建立华山参中东莨菪苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法对华山参中东莨菪苷进行含量测定。结果东莨菪苷在0.0264～0.792μg范围内线性关系良好,检测限为1.432×10-3μg,平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.9%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可做为华山参的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method of determining the content of scopolin in Huashanshen.Methods Using the means of HPLC to determine the content of scopolin contained in Huashanshen.Results scopolin was linear in the range of 0.026 4～0.792 μg,and the average recovery was 100.5% with RSD 1.9%.Conclusion The method was simple and reproducible which could apply to the quality control of Huashanshen. |
