摘    要:目的探讨移栽时间对丹参根部生长和药材四种主要活性成分含量的影响。方法根部生物学特征采用称量法,HPLC法测定丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B、隐丹参酮和丹参素。结果 4月4日移栽组的根长、根直径、根分支、根鲜重四项的值均为最大;4月19日组的丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B、丹参素、隐丹参酮四种成分含量最高。结论不同移栽时间对丹参根部生物学特征和品质影响显著。

Abstract:Objective To research the effects of different transplanting time on biological characteristics and four active contents of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Mathods Weight and main components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.were determined by weighting and HPLC respectively.Results The results showed that the length,diameter,branch and fresh weight of the roots from the groups transplanted in April 4 were higher than the other,the contents of tanshinone IIA,salvianolic acid B,danshensu,tanshinone were the highest in the groups transplanted in Aprial 19.Conclusion The effect of different transplanting time on danshen root morphology and intrinsic quality was obvious.
