| 摘 要： | 目的提高医院药学监护水平。方法根据现行的医疗体制,利用现代信息技术和方法,建立基于医院信息系统的规范化电子药历。结果基于医院信息系统的规范化电子药历具备准确、直观、完整、实时等特点,适用临床用药的前瞻性或回顾性分析。结论整合在HIS中的规范化电子药历,改变了传统工作流程,减少了临床药师的工作量,提高了工作效率,提升了医院药学监护水平。
