钢纤维掺加方式对混凝土抗折强度影响研究

摘    要:普通混凝土中掺加钢纤维能显著提高混凝土的力学性能,使钢纤维混凝土具有很大的延性、韧性,以及较高的抗折性能.通过试验与理论分析,研究了钢纤维掺加方式对纤维混凝土抗折强度的影响规律.研究表明:钢纤维混凝土抗折强度随着纤维掺量几乎成线性增长;随着基体混凝土强度等级提高,增长幅度逐渐变大;掺加螺纹型钢纤维对混凝土抗折强度的提高幅度要大于细切丝纤维,且单纯地掺加细切丝或者螺纹型钢纤维对抗压强度的提高幅度均高于任何一种混合掺加状态.

Abstract:Adding steel fiber into normal concrete could improve its mechanic performance.It possesses excellent properties such as great ductility,high toughness and high flexural strength.The Influence Regularity of steel fiber adding ways on flexural strength of SFRC(Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete) is discussed through experimental study and academic analysis in this paper.The flexural strength rising law as increasing fiber content is linear.The higher concrete strength grade is made,the bigger percentage increase of flexural strength will be done.The rising extent of thread steel fiber on compressive strength is greater than micro-cutting steel fiber.And the effect of adding micro-cutting or thread steel fiber only is better than any mix steel fiber.
