青赤散保留灌肠联合口服美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

目的]通过临床观察探究中药灌肠方青赤散治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效。方法]将符合纳入标准41名患者随机分为2组,对照组为20例,治疗组为21例,对照组口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,治疗组在口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片基础上加用青赤散保留灌肠治疗,比较两组治疗前后主要临床症状及肠镜改变积分、疾病活动性总积分、临床疗效、C反应蛋白(CRP)及血沉(ESR)。结果]1)与治疗前相比较,治疗后两组在腹痛、大便次数、便血、肠镜改变及疾病活动性方面均有明显改善(P0.05),并且治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。2)在临床疗效方面,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P0.05)。3)在CRP、ESR方面,两组治疗后均较治疗前降低(P0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后的CRP、ESR均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论]青赤散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有较好疗效,临床值得推广。

Clinical observation on the treatment of ulcerative colitis by retention enema with Green and red powder combined with Mesalazin Enteric-coated tablets

Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema with Green and red powder in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by clinical observation.Methods] The 41 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,20 cases in treatment group and 21 cases in control group.The control group was treated with Mesalazin Enteric-coated tablets and treatment group was treated with Mesalazin Enteric-coated tablets plus retention enema with Green and red powder.The main clinical symptoms and endoscopic change integral,disease activity of total score,clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein (CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results] 1)Compared with before treatment,the abdominal pain,stool frequency,stool,colonoscopy and disease activity of two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05).2)In clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05).3)The ESR and CRP after treatment were lower than before treatment (P<0.05) in two groups.The ESR and CRP in treatment group were lower than control group (P<0.05) after treatment.Conclusion] The retention enema with Green and red powder has good efficacy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
