摘    要:通过对聚合反应釜的故障停机率进行统计、分析,找出其主要影响因素。应用价值工程(VE)理论对釜的主要部件进行价值分析和功能评价,选择了VE改进对象,制定可行方案并进行有效地技术经济评价,从而提高了装置减速器的功能,达到了增产降耗的目的。

Abstract:Primary factor influcing rate of fault shut-down of polymerization reactor is found out through statistics and analysis. Value engineering theory is employed to analyse value and to evaluate performance of main components of reactor. After selecting value engineering object needing improving, feasible program and effective evaluation on technology and economy have been carried out,performance of reducing gear is improved and the goal of increasing productivity and decreasing consumption is achieved.
