摘    要:研究被动太赫兹波图像的图像分割算法. 针对被动太赫兹波图像水平和竖直方向平滑程度不同的特点,提出了一种改进的高斯-拉普拉斯算子,不同于传统高斯-拉普拉斯算子各向同性的特点,改进的算子在水平和垂直方向上对边缘具有不同的检测尺度. 实验表明,利用该算子可以将被动太赫兹波图像中的人和隐匿物品自动分割,能够准确、快速地对可疑的隐匿物品进行定位,使被动太赫兹波成像技术满足实际应用的需求.

Abstract:This work studies the image segmentation algorithm in passive THz imaging. Considering the feature that the passive THz image has different smoothness in horizontal and vertical direction, an improved Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG) operator is proposed to rectify the different smoothness in directions. Different from the traditional LoG operator with its isotropy, the improved operator has different edge test scales in horizontal and vertical direction. Experiments show that, with the use of improved operator, human's body and the concealed object in THz images could be automatically segmented. The concealed objects could be identified directly and efficiently that satisfies the application requirements of passive THz image.
