变压器寄生电容对LLC空载稳定运行影响的研究

摘    要:由于寄生参数的影响,LLC空载运行存在不稳定问题。针对变压器寄生电容对LLC空载稳定运行的影响,对副边采用铜带绕制变压器的寄生电容进行了建模,通过比较建立的模型和实验测量变压器的阻抗特性,验证建模的正确性。最后采用了一种有利于空载运行的变压器结构,并在一台500W样机上进行了验证。

Abstract:The LLC will be unstable under light load condition for the parasitic components. The Effects of transformer parasitic capacitance on LLC light load condition is discussed in this papaer. The transformer secondary side parasitic capacitance modle with copper belt as its winding is given. And this model is verified through measuring the transformer impedance. At last, a transformer winding structure which is more proper for the light load condition is proposed, and this structure is verified on a 500w converter.
