摘    要:教学管理应涵盖各主要教学环节,教学质量监控与评估也应体现在对各主要教学环节管理的全过程,即对教师课前、课中、课后,学生学习状态与效果及教学管理人员对各主要教学环节的管理等,都应建立教学质量监控与评估指标体系。由单一课堂教学评估,逐步过渡到对教学管理全过程实施质量监控与评估,以不断提高教学质量,实现人才培养目标。
