| 摘 要： | 教学管理应涵盖各主要教学环节，教学质量监控与评估也应体现在对各主要教学环节管理的全过程，即对教师课前、课中、课后，学生学习状态与效果及教学管理人员对各主要教学环节的管理等，都应建立教学质量监控与评估指标体系。由单一课堂教学评估，逐步过渡到对教学管理全过程实施质量监控与评估，以不断提高教学质量，实现人才培养目标。
