AMT离合器起步过程的模糊控制方法

摘    要:机械式自动离合器(Automated Mechanical Transmission,AMT)的起步控制一直是机械式自动变速器发展过程中的一大难题。通过分析离合器的起步过程,以车辆起步时的冲击度和滑摩功为主要评价性能指标,根据油门和发动机转速,利用模糊控制技术对车辆起步时离合器接合量与接合速度进行控制,通过车辆上路试验进行了实测,效果比较满意。

Abstract:The clutch engagement control of Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT) system is the key issue in the development of AMT.The paper analyzed the clutch engagement process during starting.Fuzzy control is used to control the speed and degree of clutch engagement based on throttle and engine speed during starting,and the jerk and slipping work are considered as criteria. The vehicle actually testing result was satisfied.
