摘    要:分析了锅炉煤仓塞煤的原因和煤仓塞煤对锅炉运行的不利影响.以中速磨正压直吹制粉系统为例,通过引入锅炉负荷信号,采取提前预判的控制策略,配合煤仓疏松机,从根本上解决了煤仓塞煤问题,而且可以保证调节系统的灵敏度及疏松器的安全强度.

Abstract:The cause of coal plugging in a boiler coal bunker and its influence on boiler running are analyzed. Taking the positive pressure direct-fired pulverizing system with middle-speed-mill as a case, through the import of boiler charge, adopting the control strategy for pre-estimating in advance, by means of specialized loosen machine, not only the coal plugging in a boiler coal bunker can be resolved radically, but also the sensitivity of control system and the safe intensity of loosen machine can be guaranteed .
