Abstract:In order to meet the need of consumer's: health drink and the pursuit of personality, Guojing sesame flavor liquor fermented by complex grains adopted the co-fermentative process, which used various microbes and multi-grain raw materials, on the basis of scientific and technological innovation of traditional sesame flavor liquor technique. With the rich trace elements, effective functions, distinct personality and quality of elegance, Guojing liquor has become a bright pearl in the high-end liquor market.
