气体开关管稳态击穿特性的仿真研究

摘    要:TR管在带内保护性能良好,而在带外其泄漏却大大增加。这一现象可能为高功率微波对雷达前端的攻击提供了新的机会,也对雷达的保护提出了新的挑战,本文在此基础上介绍了雷达接收机用气体开关管(TR管)结构和工作击穿机理。在输入连续波和单脉冲情况下,理论近似计算了TR管击穿场强和响应时间,给出了相应的表达式。另外通过仿真软件MAGIC,分析了TR管在输入连续波功率下的泄漏功率。

Abstract:TR tube is the abbreviation of Transmission-Receiver. TR tube developed with the needs of fast switch in radar. TR tube is used in antenna switch and is the important part of protecting receiver from High Power Microwave(HPM) attack. Firstly,describe the system struc-ture and working mechanism of the TR tube. Calculate the breakdown field and turn-on time approximately in TR tube when CW and single pulse are input. Secondly,analyse the leakage power in CW by particle simulation software.
