| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析了109例低位直肠癌行Dixon保肛手术的临床疗效。结果在109例保肛手术中,术后发生伤口感染3例;吻合口漏2例,其中1例死亡,无肛门狭窄及肛门失禁。在术后随访1、3、5年中发现保肛手术组与mile's手术组之间的生存率无明显差异。结论低位直肠癌保肛手术疗效肯定,选择保肛手术时需要重视肿瘤的生物学特性。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of retained anus in the low rectal cancer. Methods 109cases with low rectal cancer performed Dixon procedure were analyzed retrospectively in the clinical efficacy. Results Among103cases retained anal operation ,the incisional infection was found in3cases ,anastomotic leakage was found in2cases and among1cases died.There were no anal stenosis and anal incontinence.With follow-up1 ? 3 ? 4years after operation ,the survival rate hadn't significant difference in both groups ( retained anal operation group and Miles procedure group ) . Conclusion The operative efficacy is com-firmed in the retained anus of low rectal cancer.The biological characteristic must be pay attention to perform the operation of retained anus. |
