摆线轮齿形修整的优化

摘    要:本文以改善摆线针轮减速器轮齿啮合质量为目的,提出了一种新颖的摆线轮齿形修整方式。并运用最优化设计方法,编制了一个可用于计算各种规格和型号摆线针轮减速器摆线轮最佳齿形修整量的计算机程序。文中针对BW-3-17型摆线针轮减速器进行了理论分析和实验研究,与其他齿形修整方式相比,摆线轮采用该最佳齿形修整方式可以明显增大啮合区间,减小载荷分布的不均匀性,大幅度提高齿面承载能力,同时也提高了传动效率。该齿形修整方式现已应用于实际生产中。

Abstract:This paper proposes a new method to modify the cycloid gear tooth of reducer in order to improve the gear engagement. A computer programme based on the optimum modification manner is presented herein, which is suited to calculating the optimum modification of cycloid gear teeth of reducers.The modified BW-3-17 reducer was researched theoretically and experimentally. It is evident that the optimum modification method, comparing with other methods, will make the contacting region wider, the load distribution more uniform, the loaded ability and mechanical efficiency higher. This method has already been applied practically.
