| 摘 要： | 药品有多种多样剂型,其中液体制剂采用瓶包装是非常广泛的,而包装质量的检测也是非常严格和关键的。根据设计方法学有关基本概念,分析药品瓶包装检测装置的设计定位,从基于机器视觉技术的检测原理与结构分析出发,叙述了检测装置的总体设计与技术方案,介绍了主要工作部件的结构设计,指出药品瓶包装检测装置的特点与应用。 |

| Abstract: | There are varieties of medicaments,in which bottle-packaging is applied for liquid medicament very widely.However,the detection of package quality is strict and pivotal.Based on the fundamental concept of design methodology,the design of detection device for pharmaceutical bottle-packaging was analyzed in this paper.With respect to the principle of machine vision technology and structural analysis,the general design and technical scheme of detection device was described,the structural design for main parts was introduced and the characteristics and application of bottle-packaging detection device were presented. |
