| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早产儿支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的危险因素及预防措施。方法:回顾性分析住院28天以上的早产儿102例,探讨BPD与孕周、出生体重、窒息、吸氧、母亲妊娠并发症、宫内感染性肺炎及机械通气等因素的关系。结果:102例早产儿中BPD者21例,BPD发生率为20.59%(21/102),孕周、出生体重、吸氧浓度>40%的持续时间、宫内感染性肺炎、机械通气及PDA与BPD的发生有关。且吸氧浓度越高,机械通气时间越长,BPD的发生率越高。结论:BPD的发生与孕周、出生体重、吸氧浓度>40%的持续时间、宫内感染性肺炎、机械通气及PDA等因素有关。Logistic回归分析显示宫内感染性肺炎是BPD的独立危险因素。
