中学教师创造潜能开发意识的调查研究

摘    要:用创造性问卷对云南昆明地区共30所中学的660名教师进行了调查,以探讨中学教师创造潜能开发意识的情况。调查结果及分析表明:1.从总体来看,被调查的中学教师创造潜能开发意识低于平均值,其创造力较弱;2.男性教师的创造潜能开发意识高于女性教师;3.城区中学教师的创造潜能开发意识高于乡镇中学教师;4.1~5年教龄的中学教师的创造潜能开发意识要高于16~25年教龄的中学教师。

Abstract:660 teachers from 30 middle schools in Kunming are surveyed by the creative questionnaire to analyze the awareness to develop their creative potential and the result shows that firstly,the awareness is lower than the average,which means the weak creation, generally speaking. Secondly,the awareness of creation from men teachers is stronger than that from women teachers. Thirdly,the awareness from the teachers in the urban area is stronger than that from the rural area and then,the awareness from the teacher working within five years is stronger than that within 16 to 25 years.
