摘    要:研究了以2,4-二氟硝基苯为原料,经甲氧基化、脱甲基化反应合成3-氟-4-硝基苯酚的新方法。探讨了反应条件对反应的影响:甲醇钠与2,4-二氟硝基苯物质的量比1:1,回流反应4h,得单氟代硝基苯甲醚;AlCl3与氟代硝基苯甲醚按物质的量比2.5:1在苯中回流反应10h,再经水蒸汽蒸馏分离提纯制得3-氟-4-硝基苯酚,质量分数99.5%,总收率38.7%。通过熔点测定、红外光谱和核磁共振等对产物结构进行了表征。

Abstract:3-Fluoro-4-nitrophenol was synthesized from 2,4-difluoronitrobenzene by the methoxylation and demethylation.The influencing factor of the reaction was studied: the monosubstitued fluoro-nitroanisole was synthesized with mole ratio of sodium methoxide and 2,4-difluoronitrobenzene was 1:1,refluexing reaction time 4h in methanol;3-fuoro-4-nitrophenol was synthesized with mole ratio of aluminium chloride and monosubstitued fluoro-nitroanisole was 2.5:1,refluexing reaction time 10h in benzene,and purified by ste...
