大肠癌肝转移的术中射频治疗

目的:探讨开腹术中射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗大肠癌肝转移的有效性与安全性。方法:前瞻性研究26例开腹术中射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗大肠癌肝转移的临床资料。结果:26例大肠癌肝转移中肿瘤消失12例,肿瘤缩小10例,肿瘤不变或继续增大4例。1年生存率为92.3％。结论:开腹术中射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗大肠癌肝转移安全有效,并发症少,可在腹腔肿瘤姑息性切除时一并进行。

Radiofrequency Ablation and Ethanol Injection during Surgery for Metastatic Hepatic Cancer with Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of Radiofrequency Ablation and Ethanol Injection during open surgery for Metastatic hepatic cancer with colorectal carcinoma. Methods :The clinical data of prospectively non - randomly selected 26 patients with Metastatic Hepatic cancer with colorectal carcinoma with radiofrequency ablation and ethanol Injection during open surgery therapy were analyzed. Results : 26 patients with secondary liver tumors,among them,Medical imaging showed the tumors disappeard in12 patients, shrinking in lOpatients,no change or larger in 4 patients. the 1 - year survival rate was 92.3% . Conclusion : Radiofre-quency ablation and ethanol injection during open surgery for Metastatic Hepatic cancer is safe, effective, associated with few complication , and it can be performed companied with temporary carcinoma section in abdominal cavity.
