| Abstract: | With a brief account of the cultivation objectives and criteria as well as the reform of the ＂2 ＋3＂ program offered by the Civil Engineering College and Sino-Canadian International College of Guangxi University, this paper expounds the curriculum system and teaching program of this model of personnel cultivation and analyses its characteristics. |
