阿维A联合中药复方治疗皮肤科疾病，银屑病临床体会

目的：探究银屑病患者采用阿维A联合中药复方治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年2月-2014年4月收治的82例银屑病患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组49例患者采用阿维A联合中药的复合治疗，对照组33例患者仅采用阿维A胶囊的使用，对比患者治疗效果的差异和不良反应。结果实验组治疗的有效率为93.18%，没有不良症状的出现，对照组治疗有效率为75.76%，不良症状发生率为78.8%，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论银屑病患者采用阿维A联合中药给予复方治疗，效果显著，使患者的身体症状得到明显改善，且很少出现不良反应，是一种值得广泛使用的药物。

Avi A combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of skin diseases,psoriasis clinical experience

Objective To explore psoriasis patients with Avi A combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods and ef-fects. Methods February 2013 April 2014 treated 82 cases of psoriasis treatment, randomized, 49 patients in the experimental group using composite Avi A joint Chinese medicine treatment, 33 patients in the control group using only Avi a capsule of use, differences between patients and adverse effects. Results The experimental group was 93.18% effective treatment, no adverse symptoms, treatment is effective in the control group was 75.76%, 78.8%incidence of adverse symptoms, significant difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion A joint psoriasis patients with Avi medicine given compound treatment, the effect is significant, so that the patient＇s physical symptoms significantly improved, and the rare adverse reactions, is a worthy drug widely used.
