| 摘 要： | 为提高学员的综合素质，改善士官英语课堂教学效果，分析了目前士官英语教学的现状，提出了教学的改革思路；引入“文化导入”教学模式到英语教学课堂，给出了具体操作举例。该教学模式将教学侧重点从应用为主转到素质教育上来，为终身教育打下良好基础。

| Abstract: | In order to boost the NCO cadets’comprehensive quality, improve the teaching effect of sergeants’ English class, this article analyzes the current state of sergeants’English teaching , presents the reform thoughts of teaching, brings in the teaching mode of culture introduction to the English teaching class, and gives out the examples of specific operation. This proposed teaching mode makes the teaching emphasis turn the application focus to the quality education, thus laying a solid foundation for the lifetime education. |
