| 摘 要： | 目的研究养阴方对培养人脐静脉内皮细胞内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法采用血清药理学方法观察养阴方对培养人脐静脉内皮细胞ET和NO含量的变化。结果养阴方能显著降低ET含量,提高NO含量;丹参对ET含量也有显著降低作用,并对NO含量有一定提高作用,但与养阴方作用相比差异仍有显著性。结论结合以往临床与实验研究,提示养阴方具有保护血管内皮细胞、调节血管舒缩功能、抗血栓等作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Study the influence of Yangyin Recipe to the concentration of Endotheliolyisin(ET)and Nitrogenmonoxide(NO)by cultivating en-dotheliocyte of human umbilical vei n.Methods:To o berseve influence of Yangyin Recipe to the concentration of ET and NO of cultivating en-dotheliocyte of human umbilical vei n by using the method of serology pharmacology.Results:Yangyin Recipe can decrease the concentration of ET and increase the concentration of NO.Danshen can also decrease the concertration of ET and promote the c oncentration of NO,but it is much in-ferior than Yangyin Recipe.Conclusion:Combined with previous clinical and experimental research,it is pro ved that Yangyin Recipe can protect en-doteliocyte of blood vessel,and having the funtcion of antithrombosis a nd regulating diastole and systole of vessel. |
