| 摘 要： | 岩藻聚糖硫酸酯(fucoidan)是1种富含α-L-岩藻糖的硫酸化多糖,通常存在于海洋褐藻和棘皮动物中.天然fucoidan多糖主要从海洋生物中提取获得,经物理、化学或生物酶法可控降解制备其低聚糖与寡糖,其多样的生物活性已被广泛报道;化学合成是获得结构清晰的fucoidan寡糖的高效途经之一,有助于进行深入地构效关系研...
