脉冲水射流破岩的数值模拟与分析

摘    要:基于多物质任意拉格朗日-欧拉流固耦合算法(ALE),建立了脉冲水射流破岩的有限元模型.对不同入射速度下的破岩过程进行模拟,得到了岩石在脉冲水射流作用下的破碎和损伤演化过程,分析了射流速度对破岩效率的影响和最优入射速度.

Abstract:Based on multi-material arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian coupling algorithm(ALE),a finite element model is presented for the simulation of the breaking processes of rocks under pulse water jet,taking into account the difference of jet velocity.The effect of jet velocity on the efficiency of rock breaking is investigated,and the favorate velocity of jet is suggested.The result is significant for people to understand the mechanism of rock breaking under pulse water jet and to develop the corresponding technologi...
