| 摘 要： | 目前，临床护理人员对压疮与失禁性皮炎的鉴别存在困难。正确地鉴别压疮和失禁性皮炎，对两者的预防和护理具有重要的意义。本文对两者在视诊、触诊、病史和鉴别工具方面的鉴别方法研究进展进行综述，旨在为压疮和失禁性皮炎的鉴别提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Currently, the medical personnel have the difficulty to differentiate the Pressure Ulcer from Incontinence- Associated Dermatitis. Accurate diagnosis is important for their prevention and nursing. This review includes the identification method progress of their inspection, palpation and tools etc. to provide support for the diagnosis between Pressure Ulcer and Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis. |
