摘    要:优化设计方法对在用车的制动系进行改进是提高安全性较为有效的方法 ,通过对汽车轴间制动力的分配关系的分析 ,建立了以制动效率加权均值最大为目标函数 ,制动距离满足国标要求等为约束条件的数学模型 ,利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行了优化 ,试验结果表明该方法可用于同类车型的改进设计中。

Abstract:Optimization design of automobile braking system is of great assistance to improve automotive safety.In this paper,the influence of braking force distribution on braking performance of the automobile is analyzed,and an optimization model is established with the objectives of maximal weighted braking efficiency.The model takes into account the requrements for braking performance prescribed in the safety specifications for motor vehicles operating on roads by considering them constraints.MATLAB optimization toolbox is employed to carry out the optimization.The experiment with a light truck proves that the model is effective to improve braking performance of trucks with the similar braking system.
