| 摘 要： | 探讨如何提高医院信息部门的信息化管理水平。结合医院信息维护需求和特点，设计并实行了医院信息网络维护管理系统，包括坐班登记子系统、下科维护登记子系统和值班日志登记子系统。实现了对坐班故障记录、人员流动和重要设备的信息化管理和实时监管。本系统的使用有利于提高信息部门服务质量和管理水平，值得进一步推广。
