| 摘 要： | 该炼胶线由开炼机、开炼机自动冷却装置、输送导胶系统组成,本项目的核心技术是通过RS-485通信实现驱动控制、调速和速度实时监控等,控制胶料的自动进胶,成环,翻料,拉断,排胶等,实现炼胶自动混炼,减少胶料混炼中的人工干预。

| Abstract: | The rubber mixing line is composed of a mixer,an automatic cooling device and a rubber conveying and guiding system.The core technology of this project is to realize drive control,speed regulation and real-time speed monitoring through RS-485 communication,and control the automatic rubber feeding,looping,turning over,breaking and discharging of rubber,so as to realize automatic rubber mixing and reduce manual intervention in rubber mixing. |
