南刘寄奴黄酮类成分的研究

摘    要: 目的 研究南刘寄奴中的黄酮类成分。方法 运用各种柱色谱法分离,采用核磁共振波谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果 共分离得到了11个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:异鼠李素(1)、山柰酚(2)、半齿泽兰素(3)、木犀草素(4)、芹菜素(5)、槲皮素(6)、大波斯菊苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(8)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷 (10)、广寄生苷(11)。结论 化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物8和11为首次从本属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the flavonoids of Artemisia anomala S.Moore. METHODS The compounds were isolated by various column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physical-chemical properties. RESULTS Eleven flavonoids were obtained and identified as isorhamnetin(1), kaempferol(2), eupatorin(3), luteolin(4), apigenin(5), quercetin(6), cosmosiin(7), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(8), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(10) and avicularin(11). CONCLUSION All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, in addition, compound 8 and 11 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
