大剂量辅酶Q_(10)在治疗轻中度血管性认知障碍中的疗效评价

目的探讨大剂量辅酶Q10在治疗轻中度血管性认知障碍的疗效评价。方法在2010年10月至2011年6月我院神经科门诊经确诊的轻中度血管性认知障碍的患者86例,随机均分为对照组及观察组。对照组控制各种血管危险因素治疗;观察组在控制各种血管危险因素基础上加用辅酶Q10 100 mg,每天3次。两组疗程均为2年。结果治疗后观察组MMSE评分明显大于对照组,且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Barthel指数明显大于对照组,且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辅酶Q10具有抗氧化作用和膜稳定作用,能延缓轻中度血管性认知障碍的发展,且在临床运用中具有良好的安全性和耐受性。

Evaluation the Effect of Large Doses of Coenzyme Q_（10） in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Vascular Cognitive Impairment

Objective Explore the large doses of coenzyme Q10 in the evaluation of the efficacy of the treatment of mild to moderate vascular cognitive impairment. Methods 86 patients with mild to moderate vascular cognitive impairment in outpatient from in October 2010 to June 2011 were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Two groups are also to control various vascular risk factors, while the observation group is to use coenzyme Q10 100 mg, three times a day. The treatment lasted for 2 years. Results After treatment MMSE score and Barthel index of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 has antioxidant and membrane stabilizing effect, which can delay the development of mild to moderate vascular cognitive impairment and has a good safety and tolerability in clinical use.
