血清hsCRP水平和冠心病严重程度相关性研究

目的探讨血清高敏感C反应蛋白（hsCRP）与冠心病（CAHD）病情之间的关系。方法将经冠状动脉造影诊断的冠心病患者108例分为心肌梗死（acute myocardial infarction，AMI）组和心绞痛（anginapectoris，AP）组，检测其血浆hsCRP等生物化学指标。结果AMI组的hsCRP浓度显著高于AP组（P〈0．01）。无ST段抬高型AMI患者的hsCRP低于ST段抬高型AMI患者（P〈0．05）。AMI组WBC、N、ALT、AST和UA水平均高于AP组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论血浆hsCRP是反映CAHD患者病情的敏感指标。

The relationship between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and the severity of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hsCRP） and the severity of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease （ CAHD ）. Methods Eighty-nine CAHD patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） were compared with 39 cases of angina pcctoris （AP） by determining plasma concentrations of serum hsCRP and other serum substances. All patients were diagnosed by coronary angiography. Results The serum level of hsCRP in patients with AMI was significantly higher than that of AP cases（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The serum level of hsCRP in the non-ST elevation AMI cases was significantly lower than that of patients with ST elevation AMI（ P 〈0.05）. The levels of WBCIN,ALT,AST and UA in patients with AMI were higher than those of AP （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The CAHD patients have more serious inflammatory reaction and hsCRP is a sensitive predictor for the severity of CAHD.
