| 摘 要： | 肝卵圆细胞（OCs）是肝脏的干细胞，能够分化为肝细胞、胆管上皮细胞及其他细胞，亦与肝再生和肝脏疾病密切相关。本文简要地总结了近几年有关肝卵圆细胞的来源、定位、增殖、分化、凋亡、移植及在肝再生和肝脏疾病中作用等研究进展。

| Abstract: | Hepatic oval cells (OCs) are the stem cells of the liver. They can differentiate into liver cells, bile duct epithelial cells and other cells, and also are closely related to liver regeneration and liver diseases. In this article, we give a brief summary focused on the source, location, proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, transplantation of hepatic oval cells, and its role in liver regeneration and liver diseases. |
