电站锅炉燃烧侧节能分析方法

摘    要:提出了基于热力系统的电站锅炉燃烧侧烟气热能的定量分析方法。电站锅炉烟气热能可能被分解为一个多能级热源系统。锅炉与热力系统之间的热量交换应遵循"数量相等,能级匹配"的原则。提出了锅炉燃烧侧的理想热力过程,分析了影响锅炉效率的主要因素。炉内燃烧过程反应物近似等于生成物的热容量。提出了在锅炉效率计算中使用高位发热量的理由。讨论了锅炉最佳排烟温度的确定方法和一次风优化的途径。

Abstract:A quantitative method was provided to analyze saving energy potential of gas heat energy on combustion side based on thermodynamic system.Gas heat energy of boiler should be considered as multiple energy level system.Heat exchange between boiler and thermal system should obey the principle of "equal in quantity,and match in energy level".Ideal thermodynamic process was raised to explain factors that effect on boiler efficiency.Heat specific of mixture reaction is proximately equal to that of mixture of production.Boiler efficiency should be calculated by using higher level heating value.The paper also discussed determination method of optimum exhausting gas temperature and primary wind quantity.
