| 摘 要： | 生产调度管理是炼化企业指挥生产活动的核心工作,是保证安全生产和控制生产成本的基础.将动态调度管理信息化是企业提高管理工作效率,推行生产活动标准化,提高企业竞争力的重要手段.通过对炼化企业生产活动中的生产效益点进行深入地分析,探索企业信息系统设计的新途径和方法,以达到提高企业竞争力,促进企业赢利的目的.

| Abstract: | The production scheduling management is a kernel job which directs the production activities by a refinery enterprise, to guar- antee the product safety and control the cost. It is an important measure to build the dynamic scheduling management information system, improve the work efficiency, promote the production standardization, and increase the enterprise competition ability. It passes refineries the profit point in the production results to proceed the in-depth analysis, and investigate the new path to set up the enterprise information system with the method, then win benefit at attaining to build up the enterprise competition ability, promoting the purpose. |
