内蒙古水资源供需平衡分析

对内蒙古2000—2008年各盟(市)的水资源供需平衡状况进行了分析。结果表明:水资源总量不足且时空分布不均、水资源供需矛盾突出、潜在的水污染形势和水浪费现象严重是内蒙古面临的主要水问题,已形成东部工程性缺水、西部资源性缺水的格局;2000—2008年,内蒙古水资源量除2003年、2004年和2008年略有盈余外,其他各年均出现了短缺现象,最高亏缺量达14.46亿m3,亏缺年份占2/3;根据发展规划,预测2015年内蒙古总需水量为209.42亿m3,农林牧渔业需水量为136.75亿m3,比2008年减小2.54%,工业、城镇生活、生态需水量分别比2008年增加84.70%、105.29%、168.15%。

Supply and Demand Balance Analysis of Water Resources in Inner Mongolia

Water resources supply and demands balance were calculated and analyzed in 12 leagues or cities of Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2008.The results show that a) there are many major water problems in Inner Mongolia,which are that the total water resources are inadequate and the temporal-spatial distribution is extremely uneven,the contradiction between water supply and requirement is obvious,water pollution and wasting are serious,water resources is relatively abundant in eastern leagues or cities of Inner Mongolia,but water projects are less in amount,midwest leagues or cities are areas of water resources scarcity;b) from 2000 to 2008,annual water resources amount is deficient except in 2003,2004 and 2008,the most lack amount reached as much as 1.446 billion m3,and lack time is 2/3 of research period;c) according to development planning,20.942 billion m3 water requirement is forecasted in Inner Mongolia in 2015,agricultural water requirement will reach 13.675 billion m3,reduced by 2.54% of 2008,industrial,living and ecological water requirement will be increased by 84.70%,105.29%,and 168.15% respectively compared with that in 2008.
