五行音乐疗法对反复流产病人焦虑、抑郁状态的影响

目的:评价五行音乐疗法对反复自然流产病人焦虑、抑郁状态及妊娠结局的影响。方法:对120名具有反复自然流产史的先兆流产患者分为音乐组和对照组,两组患者除进行先兆流产常规治疗外,音乐组采用聆听中医五行音乐治疗,对照组无音乐治疗。治疗前后均测试两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)得分;测定血浆皮质醇,并进行比较。孕12周随访病人,对妊娠结局进行判定。结果:音乐组治疗后SAS、HAMA评分比治疗前下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后SDS评分无明显差别(P>0.05)。对照组治疗后HAMA评分比治疗前下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后SAS评分、SDS评分均无明显差别(P>0.05)。治疗后音乐组SAS评分、SDS较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HAMA评分较对照组有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义。音乐组治疗后有焦虑者、有抑郁者所占比例均明显下降,经统计学分析均有明显差异(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后有焦虑者、有抑郁者所占比例均无明显差异(P>0.05)。音乐组及对照组治疗前后组内与组间比较皮质醇水平均无明显差异(P>0.05)。音乐组治疗后妊娠成功率为80%,对照组治疗后妊娠成功率为62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五行音乐疗法明显降低反复自然流产患者SAS、SDS评分,降低焦虑、抑郁所占比率,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,可明显提高妊娠成功率。

Five Elements of Music Therapy on Anxiety of Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion,the State Effects of Depression

Objective Evaluation of five elements of music therapy on recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with anxiety,depression and pregnant outcome.Methods In 120 with a history of recurrent spontaneous abortion of threatened abortion patients were divided into music group and control group,two groups of patients except for threatened abortion with conventional treatment,the test group using listening to Chinese five elements of music therapy,the control group without music therapy.Before and after treatment were tested on two groups of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS) score,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) score;a blood sample for determination of plasma cortisol,and compare.12 weeks of pregnancy on the pregnancy outcome follow up of patients,to determine.Results Music group after treatment than before treatment SAS,HAMA score decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);SDS score after treatment had no significant difference(P >0.05).The control group after treatment than before treatment HAMA score decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Before and after treatment,SAS score,SDS score were not significantly different(P >0.05).After treatment,SAS score,SDS music group than in the control group decreased s ignificantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),HAMA score than the control group has a downward trend,but the difference was not statistically significant.Music group after treatment with anxiety,depressive proportion decreased,statistically significantly different(P <0.05).The control group after treatment with anxiety,depressive proportion has no difference(P >0.05).Music group and control group before and after treatment group and comparison group cortisol levels were not significantly different(P >0.05).Music group after the treatment of pregnancy success rate was 80%,the control group after treatment of pregnancy success rate was 62%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Five elements of music therapy was significantly reduced in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion SAS,SDS score,lower anxiety,depression ratio,remission in patients with anxiety,depression,can significantly improve the success rate of pregnancy.
