高校“三困生”思想政治教育工作有效途径

高校＂三困生＂是大学生中的弱势群体,有其自身鲜明特点。根据对＂三困生＂形成发展的内、外因素分析,笔者认为,心理困难是大学生由＂单困＂到＂三困＂的重要原因,也是新时期＂三困生＂思想政治教育的重点和难点。高校要做好＂三困生＂思想政治教育,应该以加强大学生心理健康教育为重点,同时加强对贫困学生的经济资助与大学生养成教育,并充分发挥＂社会—高校—家庭＂的宏观体系的育人功能,促进＂三困生＂全面发展。
