| 摘 要： | 目的讨论蛛网膜下腔出血继发癫痫发作的护理要点。方法总结10年间78例蛛网膜下腔出血患者特别是其中继发癫痫发作9例患者的护理并提出体会。结果7例治愈出院，1例由于经济原因出院继续服药治疗，1例死于再出血导致的脑疝形成。结论蛛网膜下腔出血继发癫痫发作的护理对患者的治疗效果和预后至关重要，应注意把蛛网膜下腔出血的一般护理和癫痫的特殊护理有机地结合起来。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the emphasis in nursing for epileptic paroxysm caused by suharachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Introduce the experience in nursing by summarizing 78 cases of Suharachnoid hemorrhage especially the 9 cases of Epileptic paroxysm caused by Suharachnoid hemorrhage. Results 7 cases were cured and out of hospital, 1 case was keeping treatment at home because lacking of money, 1 case died of herniation of brain caused by rehaemorrhagia. Conclusions The nursing is important to therapeutic efficacy and prognosis and we should combine the general nursing of subarachnoid hemorrhage and special nursing of epileptic paroxysm together. |
