| 摘 要： | 目的了解卡介苗(Bacillus Calmette Guerin,BCG)预防接种质量,分析存在问题及其影响因素,提出改进措施,促进预防接种规范、安全、有效地开展。方法用卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物(Purified Protein Derivative of BCG,BCG-PPD)试验方法,随机调查248名儿童接种BCG3个月后的阳转率。结果BCG-PPD试验总阳性率为78.23%;城市儿童BCG-PPD试验阳性率高于农村儿童。卡痕大小与BCG-PPD试验阳性率呈正相关;医院产科接种BCG的儿童,BCG-PPD试验阳性率高于在预防接种门诊接种BCG的儿童。结论加强对BCG接种人员,尤其是农村预防接种门诊人员的技术培训,提高接种质量。严格实行在医院产科为新生儿接种BCG,有利于提高及时接种率和接种质量。
